Your Rights and Responsibilities

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between bx99 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("User", "Player", "you", "your") who accesses, registers on, or uses the services available at bx99.im. By accessing any part of the bx99 platform — including but not limited to the sportsbook, live casino, slot games, virtual sports, and live dealer sections — you agree to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety.

1. Acceptance of Terms

2. Eligibility

To register and use bx99, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Persons under 21 are strictly prohibited from registering or using any bx99 service. bx99 actively enforces this restriction through KYC age verification.
• You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not explicitly prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether online betting is lawful in your location.

bx99 reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory proof upon request may result in the suspension or permanent closure of your account, along with the forfeiture of any pending bonus funds.

3. Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on bx99. The registration of multiple accounts — whether under the same name, email address, phone number, payment method, device, IP address, or household — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

3.1 Registration Information

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. You must keep this information up to date at all times by contacting bx99 support if any details change.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bx99 username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. bx99 will not be liable for any losses or damages arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to adequately protect your login credentials. You must notify bx99 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.

3.3 One Account Policy

If bx99 discovers that a single individual holds more than one active account, bx99 reserves the right to immediately close all duplicate accounts, void any bets placed from those accounts, and confiscate any balances and bonus funds. Winnings derived from duplicate accounts are not payable under any circumstances.

4. KYC Verification

bx99 operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with responsible gaming and anti-money laundering obligations. All accounts are subject to identity verification before withdrawals may be processed. bx99 may also require verification at account registration, at any point during your use of the platform, or prior to processing any transaction above specified thresholds.

4.2 Verification Timelines

5. Deposits and Payments

All financial transactions on the bx99 platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). bx99 does not charge any fees on deposits made through supported payment methods; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees, which are your responsibility.

5.4 Anti-Money Laundering

All deposits at bx99 are subject to anti-money laundering (AML) screening. bx99 reserves the right to request source of funds documentation for any deposit. Deposits that cannot be satisfactorily verified may be held, returned, or referred to relevant authorities. Funds deposited through payment methods not registered in the account holder's name will be refused and returned.

6. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests at bx99 are processed by our payments team during operational hours. bx99 aims to process all withdrawal requests within 24 hours for verified accounts. The majority of bKash and Nagad withdrawals complete within 2 hours of approval during standard business hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6).

6.1 Withdrawal Conditions

• Your account must be fully KYC verified before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.

7. Bonuses and Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Terms

• All bonuses are credited in BDT to your bx99 bonus wallet.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be transferred to your real-money wallet and subsequently withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on each individual promotion page.
• Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the full wagering requirement has been completed.
• Each promotion is available once per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method unless stated otherwise.
• bx99 reserves the right to cancel any bonus if fraudulent activity, abuse, or misuse is suspected.
• Bonuses expire after the time period stated on the relevant promotion. Expired bonus funds and associated winnings are forfeited automatically.

7.2 Welcome Bonus Eligibility

The bx99 welcome bonus is available to new members making their first qualifying deposit only. Players who have previously held an account on bx99 under any name, email, or device are not eligible for the welcome bonus. bx99 will void welcome bonuses claimed by existing players identified through duplicate account detection.

7.3 Bonus Abuse

bx99 employs automated and manual systems to detect bonus abuse. Strategies such as low-risk hedging across two accounts, exploitation of promotional terms through systematic play patterns, or deliberate manipulation of wagering requirements constitute bonus abuse and will result in the cancellation of the bonus, forfeiture of associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.

8. Betting Rules

All sports betting activity on bx99 is governed by these general betting rules, supplemented by sport-specific rules available within each betting market on the platform. In the event of any conflict between sport-specific rules and these general rules, the sport-specific rules shall prevail.

8.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets placed on bx99 are subject to acceptance by the platform. bx99 reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its sole discretion, including without giving a reason. A bet is confirmed only when you receive a bet confirmation reference number. Bets placed during technical disruptions are void until confirmed by system records.

8.2 Odds and Market Suspension

Odds displayed on bx99 are subject to change without notice. Once a bet is accepted and confirmed, the odds are locked. Markets may be suspended at any time — including during live in-play betting — due to significant match events, data feed interruptions, or at the discretion of bx99 trading analysts. Bets placed at erroneous odds resulting from a technical error are void.

8.3 Match Result and Settlement

bx99 settles markets based on official competition results as declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., the Bangladesh Cricket Board, ICC, BCCI). Where the official result is not available or is subject to a review, bx99 may delay settlement until the official outcome is confirmed. In-play bets are settled based on the state of play at the time the market is closed.

8.4 Cancellation and Void Bets

bx99 may void bets in the following circumstances: event cancellation or postponement beyond 12 hours; incorrect market information due to data feed error; match abandonment; bets placed after an event has concluded; or bets placed as a result of a system error. Voided bets are refunded in full to your bx99 wallet.

8.5 Maximum Winnings

bx99 applies maximum single-event winning limits. These limits vary by sport, market type, and account tier. You will be informed of applicable maximum winning limits when a bet approaches or exceeds the threshold. bx99 reserves the right to pay out winnings in instalments where a single payout would significantly exceed standard payout thresholds.

9. Casino and Slots Rules

• Automated Betting: Using bots, scripts, automated betting software, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any casino game, poker room, or promotional competition.
• Chip Dumping: Deliberately losing funds to another player to facilitate illicit transfer of winnings.
• Bonus Abuse: Systematic exploitation of bonus offers, including hedging, arbitrage betting across accounts, and pattern play designed to circumvent wagering requirements.
• Money Laundering: Using the bx99 platform to deposit, move, or withdraw funds derived from criminal activity.
• Fraudulent Chargebacks: Filing a fraudulent chargeback or payment dispute after receiving betting services. All confirmed fraudulent chargeback attempts will result in account closure and debt recovery action.
• Impersonation: Registering or accessing an account using another person's identity or personal details.
• VPN Circumvention: Using a VPN, proxy, or any other IP masking technology to circumvent geographic access restrictions or to obscure your true location from bx99.
• Underage Access: Accessing or attempting to access bx99 by a person under the age of 21, or facilitating underage access to the platform.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the bx99 platform, including but not limited to the bx99 brand name and logo, website design and layout, software, text, images, graphics, data compilations, odds data, and promotional materials, is the exclusive intellectual property of bx99 or its licensed providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the bx99 platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, publish, or create derivative works from any bx99 content without the prior written consent of bx99.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bx99 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or relating to your use of — or inability to use — the bx99 platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses.

bx99's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms, the platform, or any transaction on the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to bx99 in the 30 days preceding the date on which the claim arose.

The bx99 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. bx99 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. You use the platform entirely at your own risk.

13. Responsible Gaming

Upon account closure for breach of these Terms, bx99 reserves the right to void any outstanding bets, cancel any active bonuses, and withhold any balance pending investigation. Where account closure is at the player's own request without any breach of Terms, any remaining real-money balance (after deducting bonus funds) will be refunded via the player's primary registered payment method within 5 business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days of notification, the parties agree to submit to binding arbitration administered in accordance with applicable commercial arbitration rules. The language of arbitration shall be English. The arbitral award shall be final and binding on both parties.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent bx99 from seeking urgent injunctive or equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent irreparable harm.
